ANKA worked with Bruce VanMook to provide preliminary landscape designs for this Single Family housing development in the heart of the Village of Pemberton. The project utilizes a central bio-swale for storm water management and is connecting the surrounding dyke trail through a communal park. The landscaping looked to create a welcoming streetscape, creating privacy and and a sense of entry to the development. The public park invited passage through the site to the trails on either end and invited communal gathering and informal play.
