KSLP worked with the Tyndall Stone Lodge Strata to prepare Conceptual and Development Permit documents for fence and pool area upgrades at this prominent development in the heart of Whistler’s Village North.
Detailed drawings were neccessary for these upgrades as the project falls into a Form and Character area for Developemnt Permit, so the proposed fencing upgrades were created to enhance and echo the existing and surrounding architecture.
Pool and spa upgrades allowed for more seating area in the hot tub and ensured compliance withe Vancouver Coastal Health requirements.
Kristina’s team worked closely with the Strata, engineers and builders to create a harmonious set of drawings.
